300m Hurdles: 40.27 (3rd) NEW PERSONAL RECORD, by .01 ahhah.
4x400 Relay: 3:27, 52 Second Split (1st) NEW PERSONAL RECORD, as a team and myself.

No pictures today from my camera, i left my battery charger in Mrs. Abel's classroom when i was charging it and forgot it when the bell rang :l how lame huh?

i have to say that the 4x400 was the best way to end today's meet, getting that first place really lifted my spirit! thanks team, let's just keep on running hard!
